My housing experience with First Choice Housing was very smooth and enjoyable. The staff is always ready to help and are quick to take care of anything you need. Ernesto was amazing! Everything I needed help with, Ernesto helped me with right away. He was easy to contact and genuinely happy to help. Definitely jump at the opportunity to sign for a place with First Choice! You can't beat cheap rent and great customer service!
First choice housing as a company is very well informed and understanding about the requirements of students coming in. I have lived in one of the apartments for over 3 years now. Our manager patty is cool and considerate. She has been really helpful and made my stay very comfortable. Cheers !
the staff are rude and will not take you seriously. Better read through the contract before put your signature because they will not try to tell u anything about the lease when u sign. When you realise that you may have missed some terms in the lease it is usually already too late.

Convenient main office location where the leasing agents are flexible and easy to work with. Found housing with them kind of last minute and was still able to quickly and continently find a nice place within budget.
