This has been the most poorly run rental companies I have encountered in my life. The company clearly takes advantage of the fact that there is limited supply around the USC campus but plenty of demand. They also prey on students who do not fully understand tenant rights, or have the funds to sue this company. Issues I've encountered in the 2 years I stayed on First Choice property around the USC area: - Washer/dryer machines had multiple issues during the year and needed repairs. Attention all USC Students and parents: avoid this company at all costs. They take advantage of student to keep outrageous security deposits! Do yourself a favor and stay away!

Communication of management is awful, spent 4 months trying to take action to get my security deposit back and still got swindled. DO NOT LIVE HERE
Called with a possible gas leak outside my apartment and your employees basically told me it was my problem to fix because they have too many properties and not enough maintenance staff. Did not even call the gas company for me. Lied to me and told me that the gas company would not even take their call, it had to be me.
