Communication of management is awful, spent 4 months trying to take action to get my security deposit back and still got swindled. DO NOT LIVE HERE
Called with a possible gas leak outside my apartment and your employees basically told me it was my problem to fix because they have too many properties and not enough maintenance staff. Did not even call the gas company for me. Lied to me and told me that the gas company would not even take their call, it had to be me.
Had an issue with renting a previous unit. The management at First Choice housing was very helpful in guiding me through the process and making the experience seamless.
