Worst clinic ever! Doctors are nice, but the receptionist are hard to deal with. If you don't like to do a customer service job, then don't be a receptionist!! Clinic made mistake sending my prescription to different place.. Not once but twice!! Wasted my time!! And when i called to complain, the receptionist was so sensitive about the complain and told me she's gonna hang up without fixing anything of the mistakes!!
I love the helpful ppl. The doctors pay attention to their patients. Thank you doctor Monett Parry.and all your staff.
Had a appointment at 145 today got get 15 minutes early to check in the receptionist never alerted the therapist that I was there she was on the phone doing personal calls and gossiping after a hour she finally contacts the therapist then tells me my appointment has to be rescheduled
