I have been to First Choice ER several times and have always been treated quickly and with the utmost respect by the whole staff. I will continue to use this facility
We absolutely love First Choice. We started using them when they were still an Urgent Care facility many years ago. There is no other choice for ER services. They are quick, efficient and we have NEVER waited longer than 10-15 minutes to be seen. Thank you First Choice
Very professional staff; all showed a hear-felt concern. The doctor was very informative and answers questions with ease. The follow up paperwork very easy to understand and simple to follow.
So impressed with the staff at this location! My son cut his lip wide open- blood everywhere and my neighbor took us to First Choice Emergency Room. They took such good care of my son and did a tremendous job making us feel safe and that everything will okay! Totally recommend First Chiice Emergency! !!
I love the quality of care and how friendly the staff was. The whole visit from start to finish took only around an hour. After talking with Dr Rhame we discovered that we are from the same part of Texas. Which in some sense made me feel more comfortable with him. I will definitely refer my friends to First Choice.
My 4 year old son was running and playing and fell and hit his head on our entertainment center. He was bleeding badly and I of course panicked. I rushed him to your clinic. I was in tears and also had my 18 month old with me. You guys were amazing. Took my son right back and calmed me down. He needed 4 staples put in and we don't have insurance at the time. We are from out of town and I was impressed! The wait was short. The staff was fabulous! Dr. Manor was wonderful! They took great care of our little guy! The facilities were clean and neat! This would definitely be a place I would return to for treatment!
This was my first time to First Choice Emergency Room location in Atascacita. From the office staff, nurses, the doctors at this location were the most polite and friendly. I couldn't believe it and had the most pleasant experience considering my injured finger. I highly recommend and was even referred to by a friend. I'll def be going back!!
I was quickly seen and treated almost as soon as I walked in the door. This place was very clean and the staff was friendly as well. I appreciated the doctor and nurse's honesty throughout my treatment and plan of care. I also received a card in the mail signed from the staff sending me well wishes. If in the need of an ER again I will come back to First Choice!
