I've always liked FC. Made me feel comfortable that the ER was close by if I ever needed it. However today I was really upset when my 6 year old Granddaughter woke up at 4 am with fever, vomiting, and a croup like cough and was REJECTED care because her parents didn't have 450 dollars to pay. This was asked of them before she was even seen. Sad that medicine has become business. I would have understood if it was an adult, but a child???
This place is amazing! They are one of the cleanest ones I have been to, they are super fast, and the staff is so sweet the whole time you are there! I will definitely be using them again.
Very fast service and very friendly. They take care of all your needs as if you are family. If you ever need to go to an Emergency I recommend First Choice in atascocita! This place is wonderful! Went in for stomach pain and was quickly was diagnosed with appendicitis was quickly sent to the hospital and when I arrived I was taken to a room! No waiting in line!
my daughter went in for swollen thumb, They were excellent from the customer service to the Dr. she saw. They were patient and understanding of the pain and the tenderness of the situation. she is a sports person and now has torn ligaments. she was disappointed she could not play at this time and the Dr took the time to explain the importance of her care that she needs .
We selected this ER because it's conveniently located next to our subdivision. However, after waiting 30-45 minutes on a weeknight, we learned that their x-ray machine was down and that is the main thing we needed for a proper diagnosis. Thankfully, our little guy was fine but it meant that we couldn't take him to school in the morning until we could go to his regular doctor to find out what was going on. Went to ER for my baby he had a high fever and cough, I was not even done signing him in when they called me to the back room to be seen, great, friendly and very professional staff and doctors. I was out of there within 2 hours with a better fee feeling baby..Thank You First Choice ER
