Terrible my daughter was very sick no one was in there waiting took over a hour to get a room they told me was cuz they were full but when I went back their was not one patient in a room!!!! Then they prescribed medicine that my daughter didn't need...I will not be going back!!!
The entire staff was wonderful! They got me in a room immediately, everything on site (lab/ radiology) took the guesswork out of diagnosis. My PCP would've referred me to hospital for diagnostics at a much higher out of pocket expense. Very thorough and communication with staff is great. Loved they explain what tests are being run, what their concerns are and keep you updated every step. I've never experienced this in a traditional emergency room or urgent care.
I like the fast service but when I come to the place you can get me a wheelchair to wheel me to the back especially since I come in with a broken foot...or like I'm having chest pains.
