They are an awesome group. They care and listen. They make sure you can get in and out quickly. They really want to help you. I have never been anywhere where there was a nicer group of people. First time I went was this morning round 6:30 am. Shift chnge of course. Not one problem. The staff was fantastic and extremely prompt and informative. I will definitely go back if need be of course!
Have been here a few times (unfortunately) & have been very happy with the care my family member received each time. This last time was for my son. They were fantastic about explaining things to him & making sure his concerns were set at ease. Highly recommend!
My first visit here....very professional and efficient staff...I was seen quickly and treated well...was out in less than an hour....very nice facility.....friendly staff...Dr. was great!

Within hour, cut was cleaned, evaluated by doctor & stitches were done. Service was great and everyone was professional & helpful. Stitches were taken out 5 days later within 5 minutes. First Choice was the right choice for our emergency experience. Thank you to ALL.
I would recommend First choice emergency room to anyone!! They are extremely fast. On both of my visits I was called back to a room before I even finished filling out my paperwork. The staff is very friendly and helpful!!
I recently took my son to First Choice after we didn't get the help we needed at his Pediatrician's office. The staff was super friendly and we were seen almost immediately. The gentleman who took my son's X-rays was awesome and so patient. Would definitely recommend First Choice!!!
After arriving in pain on a VERY busy night, the staff took excellent care of me and kept me as comfortable as they could, even while we were waiting (4 hours, due to hospital issues) for a hospital bed to be assigned so my transfer could take place. Laura was wonderful!!
