No waiting, friendly and professional staff.
Quick, efficient, professional, and great with kids! We went in for stitches and were headed home in under an hour. I definitely recommend First Choice Emergency Room to everyone!
It was a last minute trip to the ER. I took my daughter, Ruby, to get her knee checked out. We ended up finding out she had a high fever of 103.2! Everyone there was very nice and easy to talk to. Ruby liked the x-ray part of our trip. Scott made it really easy for her and didn't scare her. It was great! If I ever need to go to the ER, I'll be going back to First Choice. Thanks!! Oh, Ruby loved the card that she got in the mail!
Gave them 5 stars because I couldn't give them 6! Absolutely the best E.R. visit in my life. Extremely friendly staff. Very prompt service. Doctors with great bedside manner. (Which sadly is becoming a rarity) The staff even sent a thank you card a few days later that was signed by hand by all the staff and not just some cookie cutter mass letter with a rubber stamp signature. I will most definitely be coming back to this location.
After sitting in memorial Hermann northeast for 5 hrs I find ally went to First Choice ER in atascocita and i don't I've EVER expierenced such great bedside manner from a staff...every single person I came in contact with were very nice and informative.
Surpasses my expectations every time!
First choice got me right into the back and took care of my situation. I found out I needed immediate surgery and they set up and transferred me over to the hospital ASAP. They even had a room reserved for me and I was given immediate admittance. Thanks FCER!
My brother dislocated his thumb in football practice, we arrived at First Choice and were in and out in 20 minutes. His thumb is completely back to normal.
