My wife was at a near by lake. Her foot was smashed between a Wave Runner and the dock...toenail almost completely ripped off and toe was very swollen...lots of bleeding. We took her to this ER as it was close to our home. The Doctor looked it over, put in a few stitches and sent her home. I was concerned that they did not at least give her some antibiotics as the injury happened in a dirty lake...as they knew. I went to this ER on Sunday, Sept. 1, 2013. I did not have to wait long and I was out of there in less than 2 hours. The staff and Drs were very nice. I would highly recommend this ER.
This was a great choice for an ER visit. They got us in an out quick. The service was friendly and helpful. I would recommend it.
Been here many times. They are super fast in seeing you, and taking care of you. Also within 24 hours you always get a followup call which is fantastic. I especially love Nurse Sandy. She is so great with my lil boy. Will definitely go back (but hope I dont need to as that means something happened! ) :)
My family and I have used First Chice Emergency Room many times over the last few years and we have only good things to say about the people and service. The care has been exceptionally good, the place is clean and bright, and billing has been simple and understandable. We highly recommend this emergency organization.
I took my granddaughter here after she cut her finger. This place was amazing and I would definitely come here before I head to a busy hospital ER. The service was great, attentive and super fast!
This is the best ER I have been to. I have been here a couple of times with my children and both times the wait was under 20 minutes and once we were in the room the Doctor was there within minutes. The Doctor was very nice and made my daughter feel at ease. We even received a call from them the next day to check on my daughter. Very friendly service. I will definitely go back if an emergency should happen again.
This ER room is Kid friendly with everything to make a little person feel Combatable from the Animals painted on the walls to the make you feel better stickers. One of the Staff even tock the time to show the X-ray pictures to a six year old that wanted to see them ...With truly caring Doctor and loving Staff ... Great place to go when you are in need of an ER room. I went to Willowbrook hospital and was told I would be waiting 2-3 hours minimum. While waiting my husband (who was out of town) found First Choice and was told I could get right in. I was seen immediately and everyone was friendly and helpful. This will be my first stop in the future.
