I want to thank the excellent staff for their friendly and courteous help when I was recently injured. They were complete with the doctor actually in the room explaining what was damaged and what I would need to do. It was so pleasant to actually have a doctor for more than 30 seconds taking the time to explain and answer my questions. All the staff was kind and helpful through the whole visit. I want to thank them all and would highly recommend them to anybody that needs an ER. So much better than the big hospital er rooms.
I had severe abdominal pains on Halloween. Went to First Choice and was saw immediately, given medicine and back in my own bed within the hour!
I was very impressed with the service . This was the first time I visited an emergency room.Service was fast and friendly. They actually had a doctor on site rather than assistants or nurses.
I went in for extreme vomitting and dehydration. I was seen immediately by a very caring staff. They treated me over the next several hours and provided excellent care. I will return to First Choice ER should the need arise in the future.
First Choice ER Louetta was efficient and cost-effective when it came to my care. I was seen by a nurse practitioner first and then a physician all within 5 minutes of checking into the facility. The providers did not prescribe me anything that was not practical and even called the next day to check up on me. Fantastic service all around and will definitely go back should I require any further urgent/emergent medical services.

Great service, walked in and 10 minutes later I was already being checked. All my questions were answered and the staff is super friendly.
After a recent, unfortunate accident my wife and I headed directly to First Choice Emergency on Louetta. We were welcomed just as soon as we walked in the door and a room was available to us before I could complete the required paperwork. The entire staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and made it a point to make certain we were treated promptly. I would recommend this location to anyone requiring professional medical treatment. - MHS
Only go here if you plan not to pay the bill your going to receive after your insurance pays.. because if you do care about your credit you will have to mortgage your home to be able to afford what ever they decide to charge you.. first visit i had with this company i was billed over 1200 dollars after insurance paid there percentage, for a sore throat received 2 shots and some aspirin. Second time i went received a bill for over 700 for receiving 2 shots again. even after insurance paid them a good amount that was way highe... read more
