Quick and thorough treatment of a finger that became so swollen that I had to have my wedding band and engagement ring cut off. Professional and clean atmosphere. My husband and I were in and out within an hour and a half. I definitely recommend this location for ER needs.

Why wait in the lines at the hospital? I got in and out SO FAST. I needed an ultrasound and the tech was already on-site. The RN, MD and ALL of the people were friendly, informative and professional.

I was having severe abdominal pain and went to FCER rather than wait at a hospital emergency room for several hours. I was seen right away. Registration was quick. The rooms are comfortable. I was hooked up to an IV with medication to ease my pain while they prepped me for a CT scan. The doctor and the techs on the CT scan answered all my questions and really did seek to help me out. I had heard of First Choice ER on the radio & made a note of their number & address hoping to never need it. Unfortunately after dropping a large old style TV on my foot I was in need of an x-Ray to rule out any broken bones. I was in and out of the office after having had the x-Ray in under 45 minutes. The care I received was both thorough & professional. The staff who assisted me were very friendly & helpful. I highly recommend the folks & facility at this location.

We took our 4 year old granddaughter in, complaining that her legs and arms were hurting, she had also been running a fever. They did pretty much nothing, we left using her fathers insurance and paid $150.00 copay. A few days later she woke up with 103.6 fever, so we took her back in. Once again they did not do much, checked for strep and flu...gave her some tylenol which I could have done at home and it wouldn't have cost $500...I'm guessing here. I had really bad allergic reaction to multiple wasp stings. My heart beat was irratic, I was swelled up and had hot and cold flashed. The staff at First Choice took great care of me and had me feeling better in a couple of hours. I was in critical condition when I arrived. Pat Reddington.

We love the Louetta location! The team there is relaxed and helpful!! From the moment you walk in the team eases your fears and works quickly to get you "bandaged up!" We love that place!

The staff, 2 nurses, and doctor were superb. I went in for my 3 yr old daughter but 1 month prior I also went in for myself and Dr. Pearsall, Joel is the best. Very informative!

One night my daughter was screaming and writhing in pain telling me her ear, throat, neck, and head hurt. I knew instantly that it had to be more than just a "bug" since she seldom gets sick and when she does it never seems to phase her. I went to my insurance carrier app and found First Choice was the closest to me. I took my daughter there and we were immediately seen.
