Great place... my first time visiting and the experience was awesome. Staff was friendly and time I was there was excellent! Will definitely recommended to family and friends!!!! ????????
My daughter and I got there and were taken into the back within 15 minutes. We have been to other emergency rooms that have taken hours just to take us in. Once we were shown our room, the nurse helped us right away. There was a little bit of waiting for the doctor but that's understanding. After the doctor left, my daughter was taken back to get an x-ray done. About 20 minutes after her x-ray was taken, we were able to leave. Received great service through very caring professional staff. Best part of our experience at 1st choice ER was that it was fast. If in need of another medical emergency, we will definitely return to FCER.
Great Emergency Room! Staff was very efficient and knowledgable.... Same care as I would have recieved for my daughter in a hospital emergency room, without the wait. We were taken to a room upon arrival and dicharged within 30 minutes :)

Very satisfied. I liked how the actual dr called to check up on my daughter after her visit.
I had to rush my daughter to the emergency room on 10/26/14 because she was having a hard time breathing...OMG when I tell you that the service was so fast and the customer service was the best. they took us right back without any hassle. The tech was very friendly and the Dr. was very prompt. the Dr. came in listen to what was going on with my daughter and just took control and gave me the best solution. the was a great experience in a difficult situation. thank you so kindly DE
First Choice ER was great. The staff was amazing and the doctor was really nice. Was in an exam room in no time. No wait, but it was 1 in the morning. The crew working there was just friendly and really helpful.
