Excellent and fast care. I have taken my toddler here twice now. The nurses and doctors are very good with kids and took great care of him. Highly recommend over going to regular hospital ER where wait times are unknown and always much much longer.
We are never going back there. The doctor checked my babies arm yesterday(Monday). I told the dr that my boy was in pain and that his right arm was hurting. He examined it and told us nothing was wrong with it. No need for a x-Ray. The pain was from a throat infection that he treated Saturday with a shot of antibiotics. We went in Saturday cuz of a high fever. He told me that the antibiotic shot would help him with his virus in his throat. But now I know that antibiotics won't help if it's a virus. Buyer Beware!! This is a private ER. $250!! co-pay. We were lied to by the staff and the corporate office saying that they were in-network providers for our insurance. Found out today by my insurance that was not the case. You can read multiple reviews online of people who were also victims of their billing practices being stuck with the entire bill. I have know idea how I'm going to pay for those tests out of pocket. That's why I pay insurance!
We took our son in for possible pink eye. We didnt have insurance and this place is close to our apartment. We were seen very quickly and the staff was very nice. The doctor was very gentle with my son and even allowed me to hold him during the exam. We were given our prescription and were out pretty quickly compared to other ERs ive been to. I will definitely use First Choice again if the need arises.
I have used this service in the past many years ago and recently had to use First Choice again in Houston. The facility is clean, professional, easy, comfortable and FAST!!!!! I was diagnosed and given medication on the spot along with prescriptions. My doctor took the time to explain the dynamics of my ailment. I would definitely recommend this facility to ANYONE needing fast medical service!!!
This place is awesome !! Took my husband here after he sliced his finger with a kitchen knife. Cliff our nurse/physician assistant was friendly and hilarious! Dr Garrztman was superb explaining options !! There was no wait and we were in and out in 1 hour !!
I came to this ER today February 6, 2015 with the stomach flu feeling near death. Excellent service started with the front desk receptionist and continued through with the rest of the staff. The nurse had an impeccable bedside manner and treated me like someone she cared about. The doctor was more than friendly and continued to tell me how soon he'd help me feel better. I could go on and on but the fact is that my needs were met exceedingly and I'm feeling so much better. Thank you to the staff of First Choice ER!!
