I had a great experience at First Choice Emergency Room on Briar Forest, it was Christmas evening and I was experiencing chest wall pain due to a pulled muscle . I was greeted right away by the front desk gentleman and taken to one of the examination rooms to be seen by Dr. Jacobson and his nurse. This location was semi close to me. After my accident, at first I was just sore but later that day I grew concerned. I went to this location and was seen very quickly. Staff here was great with answering any questions I had. Everyone was polite and professional. The offices and rooms I had been in or seen were clean. Overall a great experience, if I ever need to go to an ER, I'll go here!

First Choice Emergency Room on Briar Forest gets a 5 star rating from me. I was greeted by a very nice lady at the front desk and there was no wait or complications at all. The nurses and the doctors that took care of my son were terrific. I would definitely recommend this ER to anyone. The employees are extremely professional and took great care of the situation. Hopefully I don't have to go back but if I do I'm going straight to back this location. Thank you guys!!
I recently visited this location on Friday night. As I walked in I was greeted with a smile. My wait time was minimal. The staff was concerning an gave me special attention. From the nurse staff, to the Dr. Schwartz, along with the front desk rep. This is the location I will refer my friends to. Thank you all alot.
