My family has been there a few times within the past year. We have always had fast and efficient service. We never had an issue with billing and the doctors always call the next day to check up on us. It is service that we would not get at our local doctor's office, that's for sure.
1st visit and it was great service from the staff, nurse and doctor. Hoping I do not have to go back but I told my husband if I am ever in need of an ER again this is the place I want to go back to. TOP NOTCH SERVICE!!!! Thanks to all of you!!!

We visited the First Choice Emergency Room - Briar Forest location a little over a month ago. The facility was clean and the staff was courteous, however they were able to do little to aid my wife who had extreme lower-back pain. The best they could offer was an injection of Valium for the pain (REALLY, VALIUM FOR PAIN?) and instructions to go to a real emergency room for treatment. This resulted in a bill for over $2000 worth of facilities charge. Nice folks, but the billing is way outside of reasonable.
Overall great service...didn't have to wait and took very good care of my husband. Best are in the area especially late at night. Thank you for your help.
Yesterday I experienced anaphylaxis and was rushed to the Briar Forest First Choice. I can not say enough good things about the care I received. I was with my 16 year old son who was terrified and every single member of the staff jumped into action to ensure my safety AND to comfort him. Wow was I impressed. Talk about Customer Service versus "The Big Boys" in town. I left another ER due to lack of concern and service and was welcomed to FCER. TEAMWORK is A+ with my welfare as the primary focus. I would not hesitate to refer and return to FCER for myself or any family and friends.
