Visited this ER late on a Wed. night,, and they were very attentive and did the procedures necessary to find out why I was in such pain. Gave me the pain medicine that I needed. All the staff was very professional. I would highly recommend this facility for good customer service.
I went into first choice early Sunday morning....I was having trouble breathing. The service was extremely fast and the bedside manner was on point from the time I checked in, to the nurses, to the doctor. I was treated with such integrity. I was treated like a patient should've been treated unlike other ER hospitals around Houston.
I was referred to the ER due to tachycardia and low blood pressure and dehydration by the MinuteClinic and she suggested this ER because it was just down the road. I was the only patient at the time, no wait, got me in quickly and Dr. Atriham was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable, put me and my sister at ease. He walked us through the diagnosis, the staff kept checking on us every few minutes while I had an IV drip being performed and just allowed us to relax and keep calm and gave me all paperwork that I needed to refer ... read more
RUN!!!!!! RIP OFF RIP!!!!! billed my insurance over 3000 dollars and I still had a balance over 600 dollars!!!!! made payment arrangements paid on time and these A@#HOLES sent it to a collection agency!!!! RUN RUN RUN!!!!! COMPLETE RIP OFF BEWARE!!!!! I will be sending a complaint to the BBB!!!!
I would highly recommend this Hospital. The entire staff from the front desk to the tech to the RN and Dr. Schwartz they were all so professional and really took care of my medical issue very quickly and efficiently. I was very impressed by how quick the staff got me triaged and put in my room and got the Dr in for my initial evaluation. Boys will be boys and accidents will come. Iverson gave us a big scare tonight but this ER was great. He was seen as soon as we walked in the staff really made him feel at ease. It's only 5mins from the house which was a major plus as well.
Excellent experience at First Choice ER. I was called back by the nurse in less than a minute after arriving. Very competent, friendly, and skilled staff. Ultimately, I left feeling much better than when I went in. Would highly recommend.

I cannot not say enough wonderful things about First Choice on Eldridge. I have visited there 3 times over the past year and received excellent care. ALL of the people are very nice and extremely efficient. The doctors are more thorough than my primary care doctor. I left First Choice every time with relief, all test results in hand, a correct diagnosis and appropriate prescriptions, where necessary.
