They took awesome care of me, Houston by far has better care than in my hometown, there was no 10-12hr wait to see a doctor, I was in and out in less than 2hrs
I would give less stars if I could - claimed to be in network with our insurance -were not - charged Ridiculous prices - misdiagnosed my daughter - read the other reviews in regards to shady billing practices - how many complaints with bbb they have
We came at night, it was late, we dont know much english but everyone helped out. Everyone was nice and friendly. Dr. Galloway, Brittany, Jenny and Catherine were all very helpful.
The staff was very nice but I am warning you not to use your credit card there. My card was compromised after using it there on Dec 31, 2017. Someone was charging items like a guitar and paintings on my credit card. I have since been reimbursed but they did receive the paintings. I can't believe someone at this location would do something so cruel and take advantage of a sick person.
