Had to take my daughter to this ER and we were able to come back home fast. I am happy with the service. The only thing that bothers me is they do not accept state insurances(Medicaid).
Very quick, clean, professional and extremely helpful! Hated to go, but loved the experience because it does make a difference.
I did not have to wait long. I was treated professionally and with care. They listened to my issues, and even my self diagnosis, even though it was probably wrong, and took care of me. It was a very pleasant experience under the circumstances.
I went to pay a visit today for a sprained ankle, the first impression as I walked in was great!! The waiting room was empty and clean. The front desk was real nice and helpful. They called me back in 4 min. The nurse, doctor, and x-ray tech were really really nice!! I would go there again in a heartbeat for another emergency.
We have been to this location 3 times in the past 5 months. The staff, nurses and doctors were great. This is an excellent place for treatment, quick and professional.
Quick service with no wait. I was in and out within an hour for a laceration that required 5 stitches. Nurses and doctor were very attentive and welcoming.
My family and I were on our way into a local restaurant for dinner, and my husband and younger son were swinging my daughter in between them. When I got to her on the sidewalk, she was a little fussy, and that turned into full-blown crying that could not be consoled. We ordered our food and ended up packing it up to go. We were on our way out of town, and First Choice was the closest ER to where we were at the time. On 7/26/2015, my wife had a terrible migraine and we were not sure where to go to get medical attention.Because it was a Sunday, we had limited options so we took our chances and decided to visit First Choice Emergency Room. It was a very pleasant experience, all staff was friendly and concerned with our situation. They immediately gave my wife the care needed and a few hours later she was feeling well. I am glad we didn't have to wait 8 hours in a typical ER in a hospital as we experienced in the past. Great job!!
Hubby is diabetic and needed to go in for an injury to his thumb which had become infected. Service was fast, attention to detail was great and we were completely satisfied.
