I love this staff and The best Dr.. Marcus so awesome and very much concerned.. I've been in the Medical field over 20 years.. And the staff here in my book are 1# 100% dedication
I can't say enough positive things about my visit here early this morning - the physician staff is amazing and took my concerns seriously. With my medical history it can get complicated . The nurses are great and talked me through all the tests. Best ER experience I've ever had.so glad we have options like this in Pearland.
The evening nurse was really good and compassionate. Very understanding. Same here aboit the dr. He pretty much sat relaxed in his chair and cream to our room twice. The night nurse was AWFUL!! He was rude. No compassion at all! I complained about him and NO ONE apologized for his behavior towards us. I'm giving a 3 bc of the other nurses service and the wait time was so fast.
The nurses were amazing! And talking me thru everything, were very kind and patient and genital. The doctor could have been more attentive and helpful ( I noticed he did very little in my case and in other patients) but over all it was deffinetly the best er I have been too. It will deffinetly cost you, even with insurance! It was nice to get a follow up call the next day from the doctor, that dosent happen with other e.r. facilities.
GREAT nurses, staff and doctor! Doctor even called following day to check on my son!
