Very thankful they are open 24/7!! Superb staff! The MD had very obviously just woken up but the office and nursing staff were very attentive!!
Agree with some others. Need a 10 star. Had issues with the x ray machine but they hunted down another one and transferred my son there via ambulance to help reduce the stress. Thanks
Got my son's arm x rayed. In and out in about an hour. Received a follow up call next day to check on him. Doctors and nurses were super nice and professional.
This place deserves more than 5 stars. The entire staff was so helpful, caring, and quick! I didn't care how much it cost at the end of the day because of how clean and organized the facility was, and the level of care my husband received. Just a great place all around!!
They got me in quick and treated me. I felt a lot better when I left! Everyone was friendly and the whole process was easy.
I had to take my daughter (10) for stitches after a pool accident. They did a wonderful job with her by calming her down and telling her exactly what was happening. We will definitely go back if it's ever needed!!
I was very impressed with the level of service I was given at First Choice. I didn't even complete the registration paperwork before they called me back. Dr. Sims pinpointed what was wrong in a very short time and had me on the mend. All of the staff was wonderful. They kept me comfortable and went above and beyond to get me transferred to the hospital of my choice. I would recommend First Choice for exceptional care. Thank you for everything!! This is a wonderful group of people.
Our 3 year old daughter when to your center at 5am with ear pain. Dr. Marcus Sims was great at making Bethany comfortable to get her medical checkup, he sent the prescriptions to our 24 hr walgreens right away and by 7am Bethany was home,taking her antibiotic and on her way to recovery! Our daughter even got a personalized get well soon card signed by all the medical staff. Thank you
I have nothing but good things to say about this place and the staff there! From the moment we walked in until the moment we left, we were treated with such loving care! My husband was just handed the paperwork when they called me back to be treated. They were so sufficient and fast acting. They took care of my pain, and I will follow up with my doctor on Monday. This is a wonderful emergency center! I am so thankful for it to be literally a minute from my home!!
