We went in to FCER this past weekend after my husband had been experiencing stomach cramps for several days. We were called back before we could even finish the paperwork. The staff was considerate and knowledgeable. They did a fantastic job in diagnosing his acute appendicitis. We went straight to the hospital where he had emergency surgery. I am grateful for the way the staff handled the situation with getting us into the hospital and seen so quickly. I would definitely use this facility again. No more hospital ERs!

Everyone here was very friendly and helpful! My son had to get stitches and they took good care of him, even took care of his brother who was scared for him:)

Great facility. Very professional. The staff were great and everything went smoothly. Plus no waiting helps too! Highly recommend!!
We were greeted as soon as we entered the waiting area and called to the back before finishing the paperwork. The doctor was in the room immediately, very pleasant and introduced himself. We had to wait a while for a special test to be done, but not an issue considering they came in late in the evening. We were awarded privacy and everyone was very conscientious of our privacy and needs. They came into the room every few minutes to check on whether we needed anything.
