Be aware People stay away! Forty five minutes into the ER room First Choice Emergency Room in Rosenberg, Texas. For a non-life threatening emergency, I got a bill for $11,100.00, if I do not pay $1328.72 every month they will send the bill to collections (AMCAL) and they will report negatively to the credit bureaus. Terrible. Abusive! People stay away. F rating on BBB, also they place positive reviews for every negative one. A Class Action Law Suit likely.

I went last night for a cough that sent me into fits. They were exceptionally personable and professional. I am sure it will be an expensive visit, but being relatively new to the area, I appreciated the convenience at a highly inconvenient hour of night. Left feeling very taken care of.

The staff were wonderful. My son had wood debris in his eye, and they dealt with it quickly, thoroughly, and gently. He ended up having a scratched cornea, but healed quickly and infection-free. I would certainly recommend this place to friends!

I was seen immediately. ALL of the staff was so friendly and the doctor was VERY through. Nice facility, very clean. I left feeling so much better and felt like all my issues were addressed. I can promise you won’t be disappointed in the care you receive here. So glad they are about a mile from my house. Totally recommend!
I was at First Choice ER last night when I stopped swallowing and couldn't speak well after I took a nasal spray for my sinuses. I didn't want to use my Epi pen since I was still breathing okay. This is a new facility 5 minutes away so my husband took me at 10:30 at night. I walked in and told them I couldn't swallow due to allergic reaction. Horrible. Simply horrible. This is an EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT, not an urgent care hence, Emergency Department copay is required. But, they won't tell you that until they've finished with you and your stuck paying and can't go somewhere else. Dr. Chamberlain's medical training is inadequate. I was prescribed ear drops. I told him I had been using prescription ear drops and they weren't effective. And, gave him the name of the ear drops. He prescribed the same ear drops, but he didn't know that until I called him when I picked up... read more

This ER is amazing. The cleanliness, the time efficiency and the professionalism of the entire staff was very appreciated. It truly is excellent. I hope we don't have to return but if we need to, we will definitely come to this one.
