A week and a half ago, I showed up at the First Choice ER in Friendswood with classic heart attack symptoms (chest pain, left arm pain, nausea). I am only 32 and very healthy. My daughter fell and busted her mouth so I took her in to get checked. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful :) no wait time at all. I couldn't have asked for a better experiences
Wonderful service, great staff, and excellent facility. I had to bring my 4 year old in for an asthma attack as none of our options at home were working well enough. They were quick, attentive, and super sweet with my 4 year old. They gave him the cutest teddy bear (my other 4 year old and I both want one, too!) and my 4 year old spent all weekend cuddling with it. Consumer beware... I learned this the hard way. This is an Emergency Room, do not go there for a strep test like we did. I walked in asking for a strep test for my son, not realizing it was not an urgent care facility. A simple comment by the front desk stating that I understand the facility is an emergency room would have saved me over $250.00. Very clean, saw my son pretty much as soon as we walked in the door. took great care of him. excellent customer service. they even called the next day to check up on him.

When I brought my daughter into the ER, they were quick and attentive immediately. From the receptionist to the doctor, everyone was ready to take care of my girl. They had to call in a special ultrasound technician to help diagnose what was going on. I felt she was really cared for and they really cared. Thanks for making a scary situation OK!

Went in with kidney stone, was in & out in 2 hours. Excellent staff & care.
I went to FCE of Friendswood in August of 2015. My experience was awesome, people who worked there were extremely nice and considerate of my medical issues. The doctor and nurses got me in and out.
