Excellent, friendly, professional staff. My son's injuries were thoroughly diagnosed and he was treated in a timely manner. I was impressed with the facility too. It was very clean and had everything needed for the emergency we encountered. We will definitely recommend First Choice to others and use them again if necessary

I went here for the first time today, and it was great! After we had checked in, it wasn't even minute until we we're taken to a room. The staff is really nice and made me feel so comfortable being there. The appointment was so quick, and the insider is really nice. I love it

This was our first time to visit First Choice Emergency. It was so nice to have care so close to home. We did not have to wait. My son was treated quickly and compassionately. The staff was great!! If you have an emergency I highly recommend First Choice Emergency Room :)

Our experience was fantastic! We were put in a room even before I had the appropriate paperwork filled out. We were seen by the doctor, had x-rays done, a splint put on, a referral, and we were out the door in less than an hour. We will definitely use First Choice again if needed. It took the "Ouch" of emergency room visits!!

I went to the ER here in La Porte and they were awesome. The admitting lady, Doctor, X-ray tech and the nurse were all courteous, friendly and fast. Yeah First Choice Emergency Room!!!

sad but true, i had to come twice in one week with both my boys, but both times we were taken care of by the friendly staff, they made us feel very comfortable, and where great with the boys
