Caution People stay away! Forty five minutes into the ER room First Choice Emergency Room in Rosenberg, Texas. For a non-life threatening emergency, I got a bill for $11,100.00, if I do not pay $1328.72 every month they will send the bill to collections (AMCAL) and they will report negatively to the credit bureaus. Terrible. Abusive! People stay away. F rating on BBB, also they place positive reviews for every negative one. A Class Action Law Suit likely.

I flew over the handlebars of my bike and went in all banged and bruised up. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and just all around great. They did a CT scan of my neck and head to rule out any serious injuries and cleaned my split eyebrow up and gave me 11 stitches. I left there feeling completely satisfied with all the care I received. They also called me the next day to make sure I was still doing ok and to make sure my head was still ok! My first time here it was very clean and nice place did not have to wait to long , I ended up coming back the next day as well cause I was feeling really bad and I had a fever and a bad migraine which I suffer from . The only I would say that I was not happy with is that it took a while before I was able to get anything for pain . I also suffer from depression and I do not take any auti depressants for it . Staff was great and took care of me. Dr. Smith was awesome! Very clean and attentive.
I have to brag about the care I received from First choice ER in La Porte. Not only did they take great care of me, the doctor just called to make sure I was doing ok today. Very thoughtful.
The staff was very nice to me. And it was very clean and fast.
Very clean, quick service which I appreciated since I was sick. Great Doctor and staff. I sure would use them again. Sadly hubby cannot use them since they do not take Medicare.
