It was my first visit here and it was by far the best emergency room ive ever been too. The ladies were very nice and helpful and my wait time was about five minutes before I was called to a room. The Dr was very professional and experienced. Thank you so much First Choice La Porte for taking such great care of me

I highly recommend FCER in La Porte to all those in the surrounding area if you are looking for a staff that is courteous and professional. The hospitality I received here was far better than any ER I've ever been too. From the receptionist to the nurse, technician and the Doctor, each person was attentive to my needs. They also all worked well as a team to provide me with excellent care. I went last Tuesday night about 1:30 a.m. I walked right in and didn't even finish completing the first page of paperwork before the nurse called me back. I was seen to immediately. The longest wait I had all night was waiting on the strepp test to finish. The staff and doctor were so understanding and kind. Also, I was back home and in bed within the hour. The staff and service was great at this place. We were in and out in no time and everyone was very nice and helpful. If you have to go to the ER then this would be the place to go.

Top of the line care, the medical staff from the front desk all the way through the process was very nice with no hassles or waiting, in and out in no time and 3 follow ups with no issues, a great staff, and very informative when talking to Dr. Romanko and the Nurses, I wish all Dr.'s offices were this way, Highly recommend this facility, I would not want to go any where else, and I am coming from 36 miles away, Thank you all very much.
