I went to First Choice Er a couple of weeks ago. Xray on my thumb. $900.00 I have to pay. Went to a hand specialist and was told an xray was not needed. Any real doctor could tell it was a trigger finger. Expensive mistake on my part but will never go back and warning all my friends.

Ended up in the emergency today with my 2 year old needing urgent stitches to a laceration to a nose...the staff, nurses, and doctor were amazing....Thank you guys so much for doing your job with love....we appreciated all you did so much.Thank you!!!prayers and blessing over yall

Having little ones can be crazy so it is always nice having an urgent care center this close to home. The staff has been so friendly each time we have visited. My 3-year old loves the art in the pedi room. Either the doctor or another member of their team always calls the next day to check on us and has been gracious enough to answer questions on those calls. We've never had to wait to check in or be seen. I certainly hope we don;t have to visit them too often but when there is an urgent care, I'm glad First Choice La Porte ... read more
