We went into First Choice Emergency Room due to some concerns about our pregnancy. We saw Dr. Castellanos, he was so sweet and kind and dealt with us in such a gentle manor. He acted like we mattered, not like we were just another patient he needed to check of his list. We also saw a couple nurses and an ultrasound tech who were also very kind natured. The Staff was very friendly, and very fast. I was in and out in under an hour. The follow up after my treatment was a pleasant surprise. I do not receive service this great from my Primary.
The staff and physician were very professional. The wait time was minimal, and I was treated and on my way home in less than an hour.
