Very pleased with their prompt & courteous service. The facility was very clean. I was applauded when the Dr. called the next day to check our well-being. I would definitely return to this facility if ever needed.
I really enjoy the staff and the service is truly great! I do not have to wait in very long lines at this location either! You can tell they really do care about their patients because I always feel truly cared for. -Jackie
Went in for the first time and although could not for sure give diagnosis(shingles) provided the best service. Next day after rash developed went back and revisit was free. Prescribed medication and on my way to hopefully quick recovery. Place was very nice and friendly staff
Our experience in going in to FirstChoice ER Nacogdoches was fantastic! As soon as we walked in Marcy greeted us with a friendly and calm demeanor. Both Nurse Ken and Radiologist Ian took us to a room not even 3 minutes after we walked in. They made my husband comfortable while I filled out the paperwork. Doctor Kashani was very friendly, knowledgable, and professional. It was a very comfortable and assuring experience.
I took a bad fall Easter Eve. Waited til Easter morning to seek assistance. My husband took me to First Choice Nacogdoches. First I registered online, went in at 715, Sandra took a picture of insurance & license & gave me paperwork to complete. Next thing I knew, they had a wheel chair & took me on back. Nurses came in, Dr. Kasani came in, ordered Exrays & before I knew it, I was out of there. They provided me with orders on how to care for my sprain ankle, pain pill. I love First Choise Emergency Room. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I have been to FCER three times. Every time I go I feel so welcomed and even though I'm in pain they still make me laugh. First Choice will always be my First Choice.
Went at night and saw Dr. Christina Lumbreras and she was a horrible person and doctor. I will NEVER go to that clinic again. For a place that I have to pay that kind of money, I should not have been treated like a child. If you need to go to this clinic, call and make sure Dr. Christina Lumbreras is NOT working. (or, spend your money at a more friendly place)
They're very nice and friendly. Fast service and super clean. I would go again if anything happens. Highly recommended to go there.
