I took my daughter to first choice recently and we had quick and excellent service. The staff was polite, patient and helpful. Dr christopher was through and gave great advice to help with my daughter. I would recommend to my family anf friends.

My experience at First Choice ER at 13434 Nacogdoches Road, San Antonio, TX 78217 was excellent! Sandra in the front office was polite and helpful. Cathy the RN was compassionate and caring, Jessica in radiology was very sweet and patient with me and finally Dr. Kashani was understanding and thorough with me. I had recently moved to this area and had driven by this location several times, glad I saw this place! The entire time I was at First Choice ER I felt safe and secure. The staff was more than welcoming and kind the entire time I was there. From filling out paper work to being treated, everything ran smoothly and in a very timely manner. I highly recommend this clinic if you ever need to visit an ER in San Antonio.

This was the second time I have been to First Choice. First was a year ago, laceration to the left leg. Prompt, professional, helpful and friendly. I was in and out both times in 30-40 minutes. That's why I went back this time when I needed help again. I strained my back while working on my landscaping, (eighteen yr old brain, fifty something yr old body). My name is Stephanie F. I recently went to first choice er and my experience there was wonderful. I have never had such great service at an er before. I didnt have to wait long at all. I think i was there for an hr and a half. I would greatly recommend first choice

We had a great group taking care of us ,kind ,fast and good job on the mending up ! Very polite staff and Dr Caldwell was the best. Nurse Joan also a big help . So glad we found you. The front desk even let my sister come to the back so thanks for the TLC Ms Sandra at the front desk.????????

My husband had fallen down and hit the back of his head, which resulted in a laceration/cut. We happened to get there and were the only ones in the waiting room, the receptionist Dani, was so sweet and comforting. Kathi Smith the Rn on duty at the time was so knowledgeable, and friendly and made the experience less scary. She happened to have first hand knowledge that really helped my husband and I of what he was going through. We are so thankful for her. Best emergency room experience ever! Probably best Medical staff ever. I wish I could find a GP like this place. From start to finish. All of the staff was great and as friendly as they come. Fast, efficient, and friendly....loved it.
