Great service. Fast friendly and efficient. They had everything to diagnose my problem. The doctor himself made the follow up call. If I need the ER in the future I will certainly come here.
Today I had to go to first choice emergency room Because I had a rash on the left side of my face. I was sort of worried but when the Dr.Castellanos greeted me with a smile. The staff made me feel welcome and I trusted them . They helped me feel better and I was out of there in no time . I was worried for nothing . (:
it was way better then other er care places. Lynn (front office) was very nice and sweet. she made sure everything was good. Monica (radiology), Angie (nurse) took great care of me. i was freaking out for no reason. and i didn't feel well at all but they took good care of me and made feel very comfortable. my doctor came in not to long ago and made the diagnosis and didn't take forever. it was very quick and efficient.
There was no waiting. Doctor called the next morning to see how I was doing.
Took my grandson late at night to have a hand injury checked out and they were outstanding. They were quick, efficient, and professional. All of the employees, Front Office: Sandra; Radiology: Pete; Nurse: David; and the Doctor: Dr. Coldwell were superb. Nothing was seriously wrong with the hand injury and they quickly diagnosed this, took care of the injury and discharged us. We will recommend this location to everyone and continue to use them if needed, hopefully not.
All the staff were wonderful and Dr. Gibson was great. My son felt comfortable and at ease the entire visit. Thank you all for your professionalism and great bedside manner. Highly recommend!!!
We were in and out in an hour. The staff and Physician was extremely attentive and kind. Will go there again if needed.
My name is Lora Hover, I went into the 13434 Nacogdoces Road facility on March 10, 2015. I was treated very well & with respect by all of people working that day. I was greeted by Jonathon, then I was met by Juan with a wheelchair & taken to an exam room. Then Jeanette was there to take my vitals & help with a gown. Then I was introduced to Dr. Castellanos. Went to the First Choice ER the other night for treatment. Our experience was great. The staff was very kind and friendly. I would recommend this place to a friend or family member and if needed I would go back to this facility.
