I hired Paul to clean the carpets in our new home. The previous owners had cats - and left behind a disgusting amount of cat hair and urine. The carpets were significantly better after the cleaning, but were just too far gone to salvage. Even though they came out and performed the work, Paul offered me a credit toward my next cleaning for the trouble, which I thought was a really nice touch. Very professional company.

Paul and Alex did a great job on my carpet and rugs. Paul is very willing to work with you on the quote so review it with him before the work is done.
Paul was fantastic. Showed up on time, measured and gave me a quote that was very close to his original estimate. The job turned out to be tougher than expected (paint in carpet) and it took a little longer than planned but Paul stuck with his original quote. I would have paid more for the great job they did. Cetainyly use them again!

I was very pleased with the both the quality of work and the professional attitude of First Choice. I am moving soon and had three bedrooms steam-cleaned and all stains were removed. The final price was fair and actually under the original estimate given on-line. My best advice is that you get a firm price in writing before you allow them to begin the work.
