Excellent, knowledgeable staff and dentist! I had a pleasant experience last fall with a crown (is that even possible…?!!) that was competed in one visit and I’ve had no issues with it since. Highly recommend! Staff was also wonderful with my Neurodivergent, high sensitivity, young adult daughter, who has repeatedly delayed going back to a dentist. Worst Dental Office. They charged my insurance company $525 for xrays and riddcous camera pictures then suggested $945 deep cleaning..I asked for a simple cleaning oy my teeth which they refused because it wouldnt put enough money in their greddy little pockets...I have filed a grievence with my insurance company and Dental Board dont ever go to this office unless your are prepared to hand over a lot of $$$... update on my review after charging my insurace company $525 and refusing to preform a teeth cleaning they send me a ... read more
I just moved to Raleigh 3 weeks ago and I needed to find a dentist to continue my treatment. I called my insurance and First Avenue Dental was one of the few that accepted my insurance. I read the reviews and thought, why not. When I walked through the door I was warmly welcomed by Cheryl (front desk) and Ryah ( treatment coordinator). Ryah is meticulous and she knows her stuff.
