From what I could see, they treat their contractors well. I used to be a contractor myself so I’ve got a lot of respect for companies that do right by their people even when they’re not legally employees.
I love that it’s woman-owned. If I’m being honest, that’s 100% of the reason why I hired them for the job over their competitors and the quality of their work is satisfactory enough that I have no intention of ever going anywhere else.
Everyone I’ve spoken with at this company is incredibly professional, kind, and caring. They go above and beyond to help you when you have a question or any concerns or even if you just wish to make any adjustments. I’ve never once had a single negative interaction with the people who work here.
