I am a contractor and very unsatisfied with this company. 800 different people call you about doing an emergency job and then dont want to pay you! $500 is services is owed and they come up with every excuse to not pay you! Stay away from this company!!!!
I've been working with them for 5 years and any time I've had a question or issue, they've always handled it immediately and professionally. Never questioning what was needed but asking how they can help. Very refreshing compared to other property managers I've worked with.
First Allegiance Property Management is outstanding. I have worked with them on multiple properties, and their responsiveness is exceptional and they make sure maintenance and repairs are completed with high quality and at a reasonable cost. In particular, they did an amazing job repairing a mold issue in a property in the city, making sure that the work was thorough, completed timely, certified and at the quoted cost. The team there are always a pleasure to work with.
The FA team are always professional, responsive and transparent - everything you could hope for in a business relationship.
