First Allegiance has exceeded my expectations in every single aspect of our business together. As a new investor, I had many concerns about the handling of my property. I’ve been renting from First Allegiance (FA) the past 2 years and this the best management experience I’ve had so far. They seem to be big enough to handle things but not too big that I can’t reach someone. Paying rent and submitting maintenance requests is simple. Kudos to them for all their help during my tenancy. I was not paid or offered anything to write this review.
