I am having wonderful success with Firm Body Evolution - FBE Spa program! I average about one and a half to two pounds a week and I always feel satisfied and never hungry. The staff is wonderful and always willing to accommodate my appointment changes due to my crazy work schedule.

I would recommend Firm Body Evolution to ANYONE on the planet who wants to be fit and healthy in their bodies. I am a very active person who works out at the gym 5-6 days a week at a minimum of 90 minutes and yet I STILL had these “stored fat” trouble spots on my body which were difficult to burn. So I saw FBE on the news quite a while back and decided to give them a try. I was kinda over the whole conventional gym scene and wanted something new and on top of this, I was just getting over an injury to my hamstring which I had been rehabing for quite a while. I have been going to FBE Spa for about 6 months and I absolutely love it. I was researching alternative approaches to working out and heard about the power plate from a friend. One man's cure from crohn's disease has led to this beautiful facility that gives you the opportunity to take responsibility for your own health and be pro-active for your own well-being. Fitness and physical health starts from the inside and the chiropractor and acupuncturist help align you to get the best and ultimate results from your workout and detox experience. I checked this place out after hearing about it from a friend, and fell in love right away. There is no place like it in LA- from the whole body vibration machines to the infrared jade sauna, this place really has the right approach. Tone up on the vibration machine and detox in the jade sauna pod. Unbelievable. As an added bonus, drink the alkaline water they serve which is proven to be the only kind of water we should all be drinking... Cant recommend this place enough.

This is the place I stay toned, detoxed and relaxed. It's not a spa and it's not a gym. Think fitness/wellness studio. And the word is getting out, I've seen several celebrities getting toned and detoxed there the SMART way. My membership is the best investment I could have ever made. Move over Power Plate, FBE's whole body vibration machines give you a real work out. The machine does most the work. Their infrared saunas are lined with jade stone and they have air therapy, like pneumatic compression in hospitals that feel like you're being massaged by four people at once. With my hectic schedule, I don't always have the time for a full workout at my gym. That's why I love FBE Spa. I go on my lunch hour. Don't change my clothes. Do 20 min. on the vibration machine. Hardly break a sweat and still, I see results. Crazy but true. I love this spa!
