Took my car in to get the tie rod end replaced since it had a lot of play in it. Tie rod end was not replaced, and they charged me for a front end inspection. On top of that, someone there stole my sunglasses! Piss poor customer service. If something has a warranty, they'll do whatever they can to avoid fixing it since they aren't making any extra money off of the repair.
Corky and his team have faithfully assisted us for years! He, Randy, Tyler and the whole Firestone crew work to make sure you are completely satisfied!! Thank you for your help today and always!!!
Tyler at Firestone gave me great service and managed to work around my rusted frame. I'd recommend them to anyone and will definitely be returning.
