RecommendedThis is the best tire shop I have ever visited. They were the only shop I could get in same day even though they were very busy they were able to squeeze me in. We had a few issues with our original plan but they went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. The staff was friendly, helpful and pleasant to be around. I drove 55-60 miles from Lansing to Grand Rapids to visit this shop and will make the trip next time I need to service my vehicle.

I called at 1130 on a Sunday. We are from Detroit. They mounted 3 new tires and checked a sensor and had us out the door for $300 in less than an hour. These guys were awesome. Thanks!

I had my Lincoln mkz car to the dealership as it was rattling, they advised me of left outer tie rod need change, the part price at auto zone and oriley is almost between $35 to $49 , they enforced me at Firestone to get the part from “ we don’t use customers parts “ while it has warranty on it , i paid $265 was expecting the sound will go but not and they didn’t do the inspection at least to know where is the sound coming from , i paid for the part double market’s price $103 , issue not resolved didn’t mention about it afte... read more
tire service &staff was attentive & efficient. in a timely manner
I got there a few minutes early service took less than that so I don’t wise got me right in. What a great place to go to.
My husband called to get an estimate on a tire, and literally was hung up on when he didn’t understand what the man was trying to explain to him. We are young, and we don’t know a lot about vehicles so some patience would have been nice. Guess that’s too much to ask for from you guys 🤷🏻♀️
Thank you for helping my son with his car. We were in town for a wedding and the guys there were so helpful in getting his car fixed quickly. Also helpful in getting us to a rental car. Everyone was so nice and helpful!
