TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! I pray they receive the rating I gave with the BBB! Highway Robbery!! Antifreeze needs changed, battery bad.... felonious problems I had recently repaired heater KNOW coolant ok. Battery as well. there was more. Oh last set of tires from there 70,000 milers that lasted 35,000 and they made it sound like I got a DEAL OUT THE DOOR! I WORRY OTHERS OUT THERE ARE GETTING TOOK FOR THIER MONEY THIS PLACE ONLY HAS ONE LOWER THATS MR TRANSMISSION
Honestly..Firestone has always taken care of us.. we've put tires on 3 cars..each time for a reasonable price..today we went to get tires done..they didn't get in one of the 4 we needed for a value tire..so they upgraded us to the Firestone Destination and we even paid less than we would have for the less expensive tire...the only thing that could make this place better would be to wave a measly $55 alignment fee and give it free with the purchase of 4 tires...but all in all they've been great.
Here at the Firestone in Cookeville. They are always covered up with cars & trucks, but they truly try to help you. > am thankful for the people at Firestone.
