It wouldn't let me take the survey so I figured I'd write a review on here. Very nice people here and they will make sure you are taken care of. If something gets messed up they will do everything they can to rectify the problem. Thank you Firestone for my new tires !
I was in Cookeville for a race with my sister in law and my front brakes went out. After trying a dealership in town, they were able to fit me in right away, run a service check and complete the overhaul on my brakes in a few hours. They gave us a ride to and from the hotel, called to update me on my car and provided details on the service that was completed and an estimate on what would need to be completed in the near future. They came to my Hotel with an air tank. Pulled that nail out of my tire. And I'm on the road again. Wait was minimal... Hey there busy !!!!!
In the past we always had good experience with Firestone but today.. was the worse I have ever had. We had a 8:30 appt. We got their just little after 8am , we sat their after 3pm , Over 7 hours. Their is no since in that. We got a good deal on the tires, they were good quality tires but it was not worth sitting their for over 7 hours. I would have rather gone and paid $100 more and got in and out in a couple hours but not no 7 hours. We will never be back again. They were taking Walk Ins before ppl who were sched.
