Firestone on Jefferson has a great team! Been going to the them since the start of the new year and couldn’t be more pleased.

We blew a camper tire on the way home on a Sunday, and Stephen was wonderful to help us out! They are going to have to order our tire because it's an odd size, but they allowed us to tow the camper and park it at their shop until they are able to repair it! Quick response, and EXCELLENT customer service! Thank you!

use to be good, but now horrible service went with one car missing wheel cap, went with other car missing lock nut, went back broke my radio button. every time try to tell them they didn't do it, they just get mad
Back in September, we had a blowout while traveling through Cookeville. We had our truck towed to the Dodge dealer but needed to get the tires from Firestone. Stephen Allen was very helpful and kind and did his best to make a bad situation a little easier. He was willing to and almost did drive the tires to the dealer himself for us.
Well if this firestone has anything at all to do with the one on Willow. STAY AWAY. The techs are good and Jon over there is ok but the system and the woman that works with Jon will make you not want o ever go back. They need to listen to the customer a little better to really figure out what we want. All that happened this week was that Maggart Tires in Cookeville got a new customer and lost close to 2000 in business this week on 2 cars. Sorry for your loss and thank you for my gain. A very unhappy Firestone customer.
Stephen Allen, service manager, has always been very nice to me and has offered me great service. When I arrived last week, we both bonded over having a difficult week. He didn't have time to fix my slow leak that day, but I made an appointment for 2 days following. Today he fixed in great timing and with a smile and a laugh. I believe the Cookeville location always offers great service. Thanks Stephen!
