Thank you, Firestone Complete Auto Care of Cookeville for helping me eliminate one auto shop I will not be sending my daughter to again. Not sure if it’s your common practice to gouge all of your customers or just the young, college-age females that you don’t think will know any better. RecommendedEven though they were busy, these people took the time to clean up my dashboard and console. Both were a horrible mess from the previous owner, it must have taken the mechanic several minutes to clean them, and I know they were incredibly busy, all while this had nothing to do with the work they were doing on my car. Yet they still took the time to realize I have been sick lately and did such a nice gesture for me! What wonderful young men you have working at this company!

We had been traveling cross country from San Clemente, CA to our new home in N.C. a stopped for gas and got a nail in our tire near Cookeville, TN. We looked online and found Firestone to be one of the few places open on Saturday that carried the type of tires we needed. They were friendly and efficient. We were back on the road in about an hour. It was an expensive glitch getting a nail in the tire but we are grateful that we were close to Firestone. Thank to Micah and the whole team.
I have patronized both stores in Cookeville and all of the ones is Murfreesboro and this one is by far my least favorite. I’ve had problems with something every time I’ve been here. This is my last time, if the one on Willow can’t get to me I’m going to Murfreesboro!!!

The service was great. An they as well as I got a laugh out of what I got stuck in my tire. It was a "Latch Hook" for doing "Latch Hook Rugs"! They said that was a first!!
