If I could give ZERO stars, I would! They destroyed the engine in my husband's truck and aren't willing to take responsibility! We aren't going to give up and plan to hire legal assistance and will see them in court!
Elizabeth Kelly is my hero! I believe she is a manager at this location. Whatever her title, she is amazing. I currently have an issue with my ignition and my car won't shift out of park. I didn't want to tow it to a dealership so she went out of her way to find a tech (outside of Firestone, since they could not fix the issue) who is able to help and did all the paperwork for my rental and made sure I would be paying Firestone rates on said rental. My son had a horrible flat on a Friday night ... Rush hour, go figure, car didn't have a spare. Made a call to the nearest Firestone 15 minutes before they were suppose to close. Jarrod Griffin, the store manager, said no problem he'd wait for us and take care of it himself. We were so grateful that we didn't have to leave the car overnight in a parking lot. Thank you for all your help. Firestone rocks!
Awesome experience I love working there it's the best shop there or in town to go get your car fixed and know that it is done the right way and with care
