Was near here from Dayton with a flat tire. Since it was near closing for many places, all others turned me away but Nick was truly compassionate to my situation. The crew there replaced my tire, made a scary, frustrating time much better. Everyone should try the example of customer service Nick showed.

My first visits was Saturday Nov 3rd. I called ahead of time to check pricing and availability and pricing, both we’re better than four others in the area. I happened to speak to the manager, Olivia. I was checked in quickly and the staff was friendly. The waiting area is small and really could not accommodate the rush they had at 9:15. A new battery installed was estimated at 45min- 1hr. Came in with a car that I had to jump everytime I started it. Figured it was the battery and maybe the terminals. Called them and informed them I was on a tight budget. Not only did they fit me in same day on a busy Saturday but were able to hit under my budget!! This is the second time I've been here for different things and they always deliver!!
I have been a customer at the Firestone in Castleton, IN for 7 years. I've been through 2 cars with them (regular oil changes, repairs, maintenance). I ran into my first issue in getting my car's window motor and regulator replaced. Long story short, I had to take my car to a dealership to get the work completed. Not only did they make me aware of this beforehand, but they credited the full cost of the work at the dealership back to me. Thank you to Elizabeth Kelly and her team for running a great, honest, and fair business.
