Always solid. They don’t BS.
Had an appointment for an inspection at 8:30am and the vehicle didnt even enter the bay until 3 hours later. Zero concern or any sort of acknowledgement from the staff. Logistical capabilities that are apparently worse than a doctor's office. I did get to tune in to loud conversations in the waiting room between coworkers informing each other they they had just farted and they didnt want to be there. Take your money any where but here, places like this with zero respect for your time shouldn't receive your business.
I wasn't a customer but they treated me like I was. The 12-volt battery on my electric vehicle went dead when it was parked near their building. Sophie and a few of the guys were more than happy to help me figure out how to jump the hood open so we could charge it. They were great. They definitely have great customer service.
Sophia and her team on General Booth did an wonderful job on my Benz. I received new affordable tires and completed my state inspection in a timely manner. Thank you so much!!!
