Delivered my car Friday afternoon for a scheduled 0800 Saturday oil change and check up appointment & didn't get contacted until Sunday afternoon, after rear brakes, oil change & air filter, finally got my car Sunday afternoon (I went the entire weekend without my car) with a bill for over $700. It could have been worse, but could have been much better. It was my first experience with this Firestone, might be my last.
Time estimate was pretty accurate and the gentleman at front counter was extremely helpful!
Thanks so much to the crew at Firestone! I was so stressed out about "what could be wrong" with my car. It was over heating, had a horrific fishy smell coming from the engine and then the AC went out. When I dropped my car off, John Lambiase provided excellent customer service. He called and explained everything in terms "I could understand" - and I appreciated that!
