driving with my family, we got a stone bruse on a tire and stopped at the 41 St and Yale store to get it fixed. the sales person there told me he would not patch my tire because I was too close to the tread bars. so I would like to say thank you for leaving us with a bad tire, and I will never do business with your company ever.
I had a hiccup with a tire change, and upset until the Store Manager Joey stepped in. Exceptional customer service! He politely corrected the issue and offered a discount for my inconvenience. I'd highly recommended the Yale and 41st Firestone, & I'll be back! -Crystal

The tires were affordable enough. I just can't figure why a perfectly functional hood latch was cut behind the grill to open the hood for an evaluation. What's worse is I wasn't even told about it. I found out when I got home two hours away. I was only in Tulsa to help my mom who was having surgery at St Francis. I was told the brakes would go out before I made it back ( they worked fine) and the brake booster could only be bought through the dealer ( $100.00 @ OReillys ). On 12/29 I came in after work my tire was going flat. I was asked to bring it back in the Am. I arranged for a friend to follow me there and take me to work. Upon returning to pick it up they couldn't find the keys then said it was ready. I left and the tire gage said low tire still. I called them back and they said it would reset with driving.
