RecommendedI could not find a tire shop open on Sunday. Not even Walmart, and this was due to the Covid 19 Virus. I passed the Firestone Store at 41st and Yale, and was very impressed. I got a great deal on tires and they were put on ahead of schedule. I dealt with Joey, and he told me exactly what to expect and the price. They were both right on and my expectations were met. On a side note, the employees were very aware of the social distancing and took all precautions, while making it comfortable.

This place is disgraceful. Made an appointment for both mine and my fiancé’s cars for oil changes today. Showed up 15 mins early waited 20 mins in lobby just to be told they won’t acknowledge our online appointments. After we scheduled our whole day around the oil changes. Even have the emails that confirmed both our appointments.

We’ve entrusted our vehicles to Firestone for many years and have always found them to be outstanding to work with. They are reliable, trustworthy and offer competitive pricing. The few times I’ve gone elsewhere, I’ve quickly regretted it. I can’t imagine taking our family’s vehicles anywhere else.
Best Firestone crew around. Always knowledgeable, quick and right on the price.
