These guys are awesome. I just moved to Tulsa, and before I left Texas I knew I needed new brakes, I just didn’t realize how urgently. Well, the hills of Oklahoma let me know. They got me in the same day, were super upfront about costs, and got me new brakes fast. From their counter to their techs, everything went great. I will definitely be back for any other automotive needs.
The personal were very nice and explained everything so I understood what they were going to do to my vehicle as well as explained what my issue was and what I needed to have done to fix it all in easy to understand terms. They were professional, courteous, and worth the trip to get my vehicle back to where it needed to be. I will also definitely use them again. I purchased the lifetime alignment pkg and if I ever need another alignment I sure know where I'm going!! Great experience.
I took a friend in who had torched their front passenger tire, and Firestone was one of the few places opened on a Sunday...I asked for the front two tires to be replaced (something I'd heard about FWD) and, the CSR overhearing my friend complaining of the steep price, offered to replace just the one tire and save her some money. Charles then went onto explain the mechanics of why it was okay with this car (and most FWD's as it turns out). Good people!
We were visiting Tulsa for a business meeting and had a blowout. Something cut our tire. The funny part is we had talked about getting new tires (about 10 minutes before the blowout) next week as we were getting close to the wear bars. The car has an unusual tire size, 255x45x20, and it took a day or so to get tires the last time we needed them. Another vendor could not help us for 24 hours, they had to order our size. -Sergio, Charles, and the rest of the Firestone technicians have provided Rockstar service!! I recall bringing in a 23 yr old vehicle (I currently own) for a pre-purchase inspection. -Once the inspection was completed, the service advisor asked me to come with him into the shop area. He listed the issues that needed attn corresponding w/ the inspection paperwork.
