I had a 3PM appointment for new tires, I got there at 2:45 checked in left my keys and walked over to the mall to do some Christmas shopping. Came back at 4:PM and my truck was still sitting outside, it wasn't taken in until 4:30and wasn't done until almost 6:pm. Was NOT happy!
Their customer service is excellent! They go out of their way to make their customers feel valued. ...and they actually value their customers. I've given them a few puzzles over the past couple years. If they didn't have the expertise to figure it out, they freely admitted it and didn't charge me. For everything else, they got it done, and done well & timely. One time when repairs took longer than expected, they got me a rental car, no charge, and still gave me a discount on the service.
