Here is a few comments I made, on your most recent Facebook posts, no particular order I’m sharing these in. It certainly won’t be an alignment! Twice in two weeks I’ve driven 20 minutes each way to get alignment for NOTHING. This is the second time I've been here for an oil change. The first time, I was in shock that it was $89 and some change for an oil change and tire rotation.Today, I went back for another oil change and said I just wanted a standard oil change. I was questioned and essentially tried to change my mind, although I clearly only wanted a standard change.After my car went back, a technician came back and said that whoever performed my last oil change didnt tighten everything… See more
Not cheap on tires. The ones I wanted were told to me not on stock and since it was a Chinese company tire it could possibly be 3 weeks before they came in but told I could drive 54 miles out of my way to get the ones I wanted. So got stuck spending alot more on tires than I wanted to. I think I was mislead to buy the higher price tires.

By far the worst customer service I have ever encountered. completely lacking in communication skills - argumentative and rude. Before this encounter, I was impressed by how they treated customers. Now they are condescending and keep changing their story about what is wrong. Took car to a local dealership - part needed is 1/3 the price Hermitage Firestone quoted. They have lost my business forever.

Called Sunday morning at 9am to make an appointment to have my wife's gas line fixed. The guy on the phone is like, "Sure we can get it done first thing Monday morning at 7am, I don't have a tech today." I said, "Sure that's fine, I'll drop of the car around 2pm."
